Dimensions (ASME B16.9)

Centre-to-end dimensions are fixed by the standard and do not change with wall thickness or schedule. On a straight tee all three ends are the same size, so the run dimension C and the outlet dimension M are equal.

How to read a reducing fitting: the run dimension C is the same as a straight fitting of the run size and does not change with the outlet. The outlet dimension M is tabulated for each run and outlet combination — it is not half of C and it cannot be interpolated, so always read it from the table. Sizes are called out run × run × outlet. Values are given in millimetres, the primary units of the standard.

Dimensions are nominal values from the referenced standard and are shown for reference only; tolerances apply as specified in the standard. Sizes above 24" NB and non-standard combinations are manufactured to order. For certified drawings against your line list, contact our technical team.

Core Advantages

Branch Flow Optimization

Engineered with smooth, contoured intersections to minimize turbulence, pressure loss, and cavitation when dividing or mixing flow.

Extrusion Integrity

Manufactured using advanced cold-bulge or hot-extrusion methods to ensure uniform grain structure and eliminate weak points at the branch connection.

High-Stress Tolerance

Reinforced crotch thickness provides exceptional resistance to internal pressure, pipeline vibrations, and thermal fatigue in severe service conditions.
